Freshdesk allows you to create a login for the first time you are a requester for a trouble ticket if you select the https://meyertrust.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/ link. This is optional. It will allow you to setup a portal to view all your trouble tickets with our system. Alternatively, you may ignore the link and just communicate with us via email to helpme@mmt.org.
